The source made a simple offer at 1/4 of a cent an because the asx smallest amount to buy a share is 0.001 people assumed the the same rule would apply to an offer,wrong .You can make an offer to buy CBA FOR 1CENT.Nothing to stop you..
I sold out at 1.5.
