FOR THE RECORD: They stated at the AGM that they were good re: ADS holders of BNTC concerning proxies. I want to know of one BNTC holder who truly got to vote their shares the standard, conventional, accepted method of receiving an identified individual proxy to vote. Having to call BNY Mellon and have your broker confirm number of shares to be voted and how via relay to the company is a JOKE. The company gets to act as self appointed accountants of vote totals/results, with no oversight free of audit. NO BNTC HOLDER HAS A CLUE IF THEIR VOTE WAS REALLY COUNTED AND THEY EFFECTIVELY STIFLED THE VAST MAJORITY OF BNTC HOLDERS FROM VOTING. What did we pay BNY Mellon for. BNY Mellon should have sent every BNTC holder a proxy with the holders information identifiable and easy to be voted.

They would never allow an independent audit because it was a SHAM!

They got their oppies and remuneration. We continue to get the shaft with vague communication and a company worth 75% less than it very easily should be. NANO MICRO CAP AUSSIE BIOTECH=Never again for this fool.

I will fight the AGM vote and the resolutions that were railroaded through....they should be VOIDED because the company failed in its duties to BNTC holders. No way around it.
