merger? with whom? we do not have much in the vicinity to merge with... Molycorp? a merger of a failed entity with LYC is a possibility but I hope that it does not happen... we have just barely got out of a pickle and it seems we are just dusting ourselves off... another set of uncertainties at this stage is not something I want to look at... I prefer us being alone...

T/O - I think we are a good target... we are unique and we have just gone through the toughest possible teething issues that any new/startup would experience... anyone who wants to have a finger in the REE pie and not wait for 5-10 years to reach the stage we are in would easily throw in double or triple our MC to be in the driving seat... if they want to do it on their own from scratch, they need TIME (lots) and money (upwards of $1 billion)... so they might as well lob it to us and see if we are game enough to sell... also REE prices are at rock bottom, it makes sense to T/O LYC now rather than in a year or two when the possibility of a recovery in REE price has happened and our sp is 30-50c or so...

so I think there is merit in the T/O part... does not seem to be a conspiracy theory to me looking at the relentless buying despite 3 price queries in 4 weeks... there is smoke, so there has to be a fire somewhere nearby imo...
