Brokers risk losing their license which is why it does not happen sweetheart. Shareholders can buy and sell at any price they wish even if they make a loss on the trade. AND the system is set up so that an individual trader can not manipulate the market in either direction. IF you think you can try and will notice you will get your account suspended and asked to answer some questions at the very least.
