    I totally agree.
    Although I'd be expecting the announce before open, if not, a trading halt for several days till such an announce is made.

    The only thing that nags at me just a bit is, why not bring it out today for the same reason?

    The sell orders at close today were vicious and lots going under a dollar.

    We thought that it was panic two days ago. Today was just insanity!

    The more I think about it, the more I think we will bounce tomorrow. But we do need news.
