I find it amusing the ABC article online article about going broke. I am not privy to debt convenants for loan...but even if was d/e ratio convenant....they are not going to call in a loan given they have credible earnings stream to service the loan....as calling in the loan means effectively they lose...will never happen...which is why I reckon if SGH not got its shit together to release clarification about todays announcement and debt concerns (which I think are overdone) it should call a trading halt till gets the release out.
