Right now the company is worth 80 million fully diluted roughly..5.9 million at bank.

Half the shares held by management. So now you compare with the likes of rtos coming on market at anything ranging from 50-80 million market caps that have share prices in the cents bracket that will suffer big dilution.

For me if RFN were to RTO right now they would probably fly to well over 100 million market cap..they run annualised revenue run rates for 2016 blah blah blah..show all their customers..blah blah blah and then they would face dilution like all other rtos.

For reffind at this stage this won't occur. We have cash. Customers are being signed continuously. I don't like seeing the price go down but logic tells me not to sell. Might not work for me this time around I can't predict he future but it's worked for me many times.
