re: breakout I wonder what misinformation Nylex Management gave Huon about the sale of those three dud businesses that have just had an administrator appointed for them?

Funny that the CEO and the company secretary who would have been involved in the sale have left in the past 6 months - wonder if they left before the &*#(^ hit the fan.

This isn't the first company(s) that Nylex have sold off that have gone into administration - does anyone remember Nylex Huntingdale which was sold to Icon Automotive? Seems that Nylex seeing they can't get rid of assets that are duds have to sell them off, with lots of spin to purchasers who get led down the garden path.

$20million worth of damages to be paid to Huon if they are successful in their action. I wonder if any stupid Nylex investor would contribute to any future capital raising when it is just potentially going to be pourded down the drain
