I think Redde where acknowledging that only 2.5 % of their business was fraudulent whiplash claims. If you think about the listed law structure. It's probably not perfect but it is a dam sight more transparent than a private law firm. In Slater and Gordon's case they bought Kiddies in nsw. What's happened there. A probably less than diserable element is gone. I am sure this is occuring in the UK as well. I don't particularly like lawyers but they are advocates in the justice system. If you look at rta the majority of claims don't go to court. So it's about who is best to manage a claim. I think a few judges have lost a wig or to this week. The justice system is not supportive of self representation.
