I have my doubts that Sir Frederic Kenyon ever analysed the Codex Sinaiticus. I suggest that we need to see what scholars who have access to the latest available information write about this subject.
At a bear minimum the differences between this version and modern versions should raise doubt that what we have in our hands in an authentic and true copy of the original.
There are also doubts in archaeological and historical circles about biblical records. Examples are
No accepted evidence of the Israelites being in Egypt or wondering for 40 years in the desert have been found.
No evidence has been found of the biblical version of a census at the time of Jesus's birth in which people were expected to return to their places of birth.
No evidence has been found of the slaughter of babies under two years of age at the time of Jesus's birth have been found.
The Jews have absolutely no problem in providing biblical evidence that Jesus was not the messiah.
These points are interesting but don't address the issue whether the bible has been changed significantly since it was written.
