Don't worry Gavncath, I read your post that way, I also believe it is true, just look at it this way, there is only $1.5 million worth of shares @13.5 available, if everyone who is entitled took up the offer? there is no way every one of them will get their full $15000 worth, they may be lucky to get $5000 maybe or even less?
Those who get in early may do better, as they may close the offer early?
