Ann: ADO Proposed Funding Package, page-3

Am I missing something here, the record date is 4 December 2015. Is that normal, so somebody can essentially go out and buy as much stock as they can (keeping in mind the need to set funds aside for the discounted stock)and then increase their ability to access discounted stock.

Is this normal, usually the record date in my experience is a point in time prior to the announcement. ADO are providing time to purchase additional shares to increase the entitlement shares people are entitled too.

Not complaining just curious.
