I attended the meeting. MW still maintains his position from previous EGM that he is positive to have a binding deal before Christmas and most importantly a deal that will make the current shareholders proud of and a deal that will have legs in it. He mentioned that he has passed up several tech deals that he wouldn't touch with a 10 foot pole that other shells have picked up. He has a couple of excellent tech software guys that are very strong with their due diligence and very good at screening all the deals passing his desk. He stated that there is no shortage of tech deals they have been looking at but they want something that will really add serious shareholder value. MW only takes a fee of $5000+GST per month and the Chairman does not get paid. The lowest remuneration package of a board I think I've ever heard.

Overall very impressed although he is restricted with what he could say today.

The impression I get is that a substantial deal is close.
