I hate to sound negative but you keep saying the Intevia licence cannot have been simply transferred to Platinum. Not so I reckon ... Platimum has bought TFS lock stock and barrell and that would include any agreements or contracts with third parties. TFS = Platinum now (and at some later point once the deal is completed they will rename TFS).
Or was the contract with Textron Inc not TFS????
