    Not dumb at all ahjay. Institutions are not allowed to invest in penny stocks, it's not a matter of choice for them. If this drill comes off the PE for them will be insanely cheap. They would stupid not to enter after that event.

    Regardless of the drill result now that I know Kent has gone I am happy to mop up all those who want to exit.
