World Phone isn't about providing the cheapest means of a call, there would be no margin and just copying 100s other apps struggling to break into the market.
The true value is providing a landline quality call via VoIP means at a cost cheaper than using normal mobile roaming . People pay for quality, its proven in every industry sector, and the stats are currently proving this too for world phone.
You can purchase 20, 60 or unlimited minute blocks, unsure of prices it appears to be different for every country and the app isn't available for me to check, they have acknowledged they have the pricing correct in some places and wrong in others and are working towards strategic price points to become even more competitive. The price for you in Australia would probably be different to Mr Lee from China
