It's possible, but I personally can't see it. I always go with the simplest explanation, because it's most often correct. I honestly believe there is no ulterior motive behind any of the resolutions. The BoD are taking actions they believe will benefit the company short and longterm.
You can appreciate that this is far more likely than some coordinated effort by the top 20 shareholders, right?
