1PG a totally different scenario. Firstly they had announced contracts signed with many new clients BEFORE the prospectus was raised. Secondly they raised at post consolidation of 20c when at the time of going into suspension the stock was trading at 32c ie offer at a significant discount. Thirdly there was a real appetite for backdoor listings during that period and that momentum and itnerest has dropped off considerably at the moment. Just putting the facts out there.
