Bellamy will shock the market when they release their 3rd quarter profit announcement (this is when the increase in price on 27th Nov fully kick in). Remember 10% increase in price will double their npat from 9mil fy15 to 18mil this is considering their sales will not increase. If they also double their sales, (which I have no doubt with this given the way China is going) their npat will be 36mil.
Bellamys has increased 35% of their cost price. Some are raw cost materials increase, but I think half of it is Bellamy profit increase.
