    I like the 2nd paragraph

    the directors are negotiating amendments to the transaction documents

    this sounds very promising to me. Maybe a higher purchase price, maybe some special dividend offer for existing share holders, to keep them/happy for tall the fuss
    (that's existing not exiting holders..lol)
