Whether GOLD has fundamentals is subjective. But I'd also like to ask, how do you define "fundamentals"?

GOLD...what is it? Simplistically it's a piece of rock that people sell/exchange usually for cash.

GOLD...what use has it? Apart from ego, is there anything on this planet that relies on GOLD for its survival?

What drives the POG? What drives the Price of oil and gas? What drives the price of burger and chips? What drives the price of property?

All comes back down to Supply and Demand.

As long as there is demand, I guess you could say there is fundamentals. But that depends how you define Fundamentals. So in conclusion, fundamentals is subjective.
