re: mumbwa drilling.tawleine. Espc with AUM's run today Tawleine?

Frustrating isnt it.

They have only just commenced drilling a couple of weeks ago from what I hear.

Its important to realise that no deadline was imposed.

The last qrtly stated

"Company Board and Management will be reviewing a number of financing and offtake proposals during May 2006 with a view to finalising negotiations with potential offtakers and financiers by June 2006"

It does say " a view to finalising",not that they would definitely be finalising.

Sure it would be nice for everything to go smoothly but it rarely happens.

Im thinking we will see something shortly as it seems mining specs have taken a turn for the better in the last week or so.

The unlisted options would have been an issue too as it would effect the final amount of finance required.They have raised a couple of million from these unlisted options which will lessen the amount they have to go for via debt.

Gives them some more cash backing as well,which banks will like.
