Dazza got it back to front. "In-situ" = the gross value of the metal in-situ, inground. You then have to minus all the costs to get it out & refine it, which will be quite substantial as mentioned. Having said that this is still looking like a "mamoth" ore find.
Suggestion: If you have any spare cash park it in URL - by my calculations they are sitting on the rest of AUM's orebody.
