I get your point and think it is great news.

However, you should study the facts.

The price went from 2.2 - 3.0 on 17/18 Nov with no price sensitive news and a speeding ticket was issued.

It then went from 3.3 - 4.1 between 25th - 1st with no price sensitive news.

Not that I am an expert but I think the company and acquisition are great. But if you think this rise wasn't already largely factored in, then that is absolutely your right.
