PE of 9.3X, page-12

Oscar, I think going into close this is either going to go up to around 130 or down to all time lows. However I cannot tell which way it will go . But it is due for a rebound at some point. Directors buying is the biggest signal management can give imo.

Does anyone know the laws around directors buying and selling if announcements are due to be released etc. I know that for OBJ the directors cannot buy or sell shares if an annoucement is expected within 3 weeks (I think?)
