Jack mate we will never know what goes on behind closed doors. Office politics are in every business. We get announcements and pod casts, but we have no idea what goes on with the different personalities in working relationships. The mining experience that has come aboard I believe is advantageous for Tons future. I was always impressed with Brads communication skills with shareholders yet we really don't know how he was out in the field in the nitty gritty of the mining world. The resource we have hasn't changed its world class. Unless that is proven otherwise I'm not going anywhere because Graphite hasn't even warmed up yet. Looking forward to 2016
