I find it very interesting all this talk about ECU huge potential, lots and lots of text on it, but no-one will answer your question about funds and the need for a capital raising.
There is no doubt in my mind that, based on recent financials and the need to spend money on development for production, that a capital raising is necessary. It personally makes me very wary because as you implied there have been innumerous other cases where a company is pumped up only to find it was all for the purpose of making the stock look attractive for impending capital raisings.
ECU already has 300million shares and there is going to be a need for more or a farmout for them to take the next step. There are many warning signs at the moment and I'm not going near them at least until all the talk dies down.
