They are in a joint venture - apart from them all being professionals there would be charters of behavior for the JV and again Cath told us that the JV partners are close knit (my words).
The ONLY things that concerns me are the wild card lunatics in Paris that think they can save the world from an imaginary problem. But hopefully these guys wouldn't be so bullish and have their fingers on the pulse of future energy supply and the natural fear of the unknown.
But rest assured that every day without news is another nail in the coffin of a 'duster' or equivalent. ie the very moment they get to TD and find nothing they will stop, announce and spend as little as possible in getting the hell outta there. Apart from their duty of disclosure what would be the point of delaying announcing a 'duster'? It not as if those who might find out like Fonty could offload their shares surreptitiously is it. That would be punishable by a stretch in the big house.
