    Towie,

Once again, this isn't as bad as it seems. Not that it's particularly brilliant, given one would rather not be in this position. But it is what it is, for the reasons it is. Essentially the company is on notice. We have six months to trade for ten consecutive business days at $1.00 or more. When that happens, as I believe it inevitably will, compliance with Nasdaq listing rules is regained, and the matter is closed.

I drive a ten year-old Camry. I know, hardly the stuff of a legendarily successful investor. The Oracle I most certainly am not. Last week, unnoticed by me, the thermostat failed. Result? Car overheated, cracked head. Secondary result? Costs more to repair than the car is worth. Give or take. Tertiary result? Throw the car away, get another one. Not what I needed coming into Christmas.

As I was sitting here pondering my misfortune, this latest 8k, and how unfair life can be, the phone rang. It was a nice lady from Make A Wish Foundation. I guess you have the same thing in Oz - raising money at Christmas for terminally ill kids so they can make their dreams come true before they die. Funny thing life, how things work.

I love it when things like that happen, giving me pause to think. There's always someone worse off. What we think as misfortune is just another step on the journey.

So it is with Unilife. Everything passes. This too will pass. Better times are coming. It is my firm conviction they are coming sooner than the market gives credit for. Trading for ten days at a $1.00 is a gimme. Now is not the time to give up, or despair that things will never come right. They will, and soon we will all look back on this time and think, who would have thought?

For me, I made a wish.

I can only hope that in some small way, some child's life will be the better for it.
