The split isn't happening now. They are raising $1.5b tonight - simple - at a price b/w $5.50 and $6.50. end of story . Down th etrack in a few months time shareholders will be asked to vote on splitting company. All shareholders are going to lose money the Instos will be the only winner. LIFE IS CRUEL.
