Given what we've been through so far, I highly doubt a deposit by itself will satisfy the ASX so they remove the suspension.
To resume trading it is clear that both the ASX and ASIC want the name of the party (given the 'inconceivable' language used in their statement).
It's all guess work - hopefully we know our fate on Mon or Tues and not by another 2 sentence announcement open to interpretation.
