Interesting comments- I think its even riskier to have your money parked in a stock that pays a dividend, but its share price keeps going down, especially when that dividend doesn't even cover your capital loss. Unfortunately there are too many like that, and very few AJX"s . I think AJX's price appreciation has far out weighed any dividend payment over the last year. Each to their own.
