To be honest, I don't mind if we don't reopen listing as long as there is a deal (point 2 of your scariest outcome)

But agree (point 1 of your scariest outcome) will be very very scary. Who knows how low this will go with all T+3 dumping on open.

However, it does seem unlikely that AZZ would have wasted all this time simply for the deal to fall apart.

Plus from speaking to Vicky last week on Monday got the feeling that negotiations were close to some resolution. Maybe all they needed was another week...
