    I see your logic particularly about the early CR but my belief is that FAR and the JV have to release material information. If they don't and teh share price runs (in either direction) then they are in breach of their duties!! "Material information" can be argued .... but as a minimum would include hydrocarbons encountered or not and flow rates at test (without a doubt!).
