agree to a limited extent BUT agree with MWilson to a larger extent. Pipeline has been "trotted" out for some time and SH's IMO have been provided with limited information as to what is going on. No real time lines are provided and yet ACR has a well funded R&D that has been around for quite some years and yet basically "nil" has been achieved since the RT days. Look through past annual reports and the amount expended on R&D is obvious and at some stage there was a statement that employees paid above market rates to retain them. No issue with this as long as beneficial to SH's.
Yes FDA concerns a part of the issue with SP decrease BUT then IMO there is also issue with Helix matter and the $'s spent there and who now owns the R&D on that (has that been resolved?. Is a officeholder - whether executive or not - involved in that and what transparency has been provided to SH's as to when/why/how ACR became involved in the "transaction" - if I have missed something regarding this would be happy to read an update (and as company reads these threads why not provide an update??????).
In addition IMO the market has issues with "one trick ponies" in the event that something does occur. Even with decent quarterly sales (which are pushed by Eli) market will IMO view this as risky - there are patents expiring in the next 2 years (others expiring over a longer time frame as well) and with limited replacement product then quite risky at this price point as well IMO.
