Okay, suspense got the better of me and I called Vicky from my work number.

Q1. Any progress with the negotiations?
There is an announcement that has been lodged with the ASX. The announcement is currently being reviewed by the ASX and will either be released to the market or go back to AZZ with ASXs' comments.

Q2. When is relisting expected to occur?
As it is an ASX imposed suspension, it is up to the ASX to deem whether or not the announcement pending release is sufficient to get AZZ relisted.

Q3. Can you comment on the negotiations?
No - I can't say

Q4. Can you comment on whether or not it is good news?
No - I can't say, I am sorrry

So the announcement is already with the ASX and pending their review will be released to the market...
Again, in speaking to her she sounded nervous. I don't think this is good. Nothing she said indicated that the ASX were deliberating over the contents of the announcement - so it could well be that the announcement simply states the deal is over.

As its lodged with the ASX, it could be out anytime today I guess. Not long now till our fate is sealed.... I reckon ASX will release after market to let market digest the bad news....

One question I forgot to ask was what time it was lodged - if anyone else rings her, see if we can find this out!!!
