Unfortunately many normal shareholders in theses small caps get shafted because they are told what they want to hear and are not privy to all the back room deals that get promoted. That's the system!!
As for the offer, I would rather burn my share certificate than give them away for a pittance to a mob who aren't fair dinkum. Sounds like it has just got too hard for the UML board if they are recommending this.

I would still like to know if the tax losses that UML transfer over to pybar in this deal to offset against their profits. because UML has several hundred million of losses . that would mean an absolute bonanza for pybar.
Also t says in the offer that UML is not allowed to talk to anyone else at all not even if it unsolicited. does that mean this offer cannot be trumped by someone else?
wouldn't there be other companies out there that could put forward a better offer?
