Thanks BH. That is great to hear. Perhaps Walker waited until Bell had sold too many to defend in a vote, his postion as Chairman. And then pulled the trigger.
Bell is now 'dead man walking' and the acquistion can go ahead unhindered.

I still think that they delayed the acquisition so Walker could become Chairman of the world beating acquisition.

Better him than some old mining fart who didn't want to move aside.
