No diagnostic tool can ever be capable of diagnosing all respiratory diseases, whether it be stethoscope, x-ray, ct, mri, blood test, whatever. Same for Resapp. It's an ingenious, revolutionary diagnostic tool; but it's still up to the doctor to make the diagnosis. I imagine that the algorithm should be able to work on certain other respiratory diseases, with varying degrees of accuracy, and that in the course of time the app would be improved, expanded, updated. Major updates would no doubt require FDA approval. It can only get better.
