re: domums doubt.andrew. Its interesting enough for BHPb to want AIM to drill to 500Mtrs Andrew.BHPb have held on to this over a series of JV's(three I think)which shows how they must still think there is potential there.

Imo they are exhausting their last options as far as proving up the type of deposit they are after with AIM's drilling.There are more signatures to the west but these underly a national park and they are unlikely to be given access to this area.

Still PURELY SPECULATIVE and much to do,even if the primary hole to be drilled does confirm more OD characteristics.

This is a general drilling operation that is more intended to give the interpreting geologists a better understanding of the mineralisation of the region.

I would personally hate to see any positive one hole results put in the light of the OD model as they have worked so hard to put value into AIM's sp via Perkoa and for the sp to be blown well out of proportion on some pure one hole speculation would be tantamount to criminal for those that have held on the basis of Perkoa as it puts them in a huge dilema as to whether or not to sell on a spike of such speculation,particularly those that are buying for the potential revenue profit likely to result from Perkoa.This has considerable CGT implications for myself and others that have bought stock within the last year or so.But then I dont suppose management is thinking along these lines.However I AM.

Sure traders will have no qualms about making cash out of such speculation a la AUM but it only does short to medium term damage to the sp by underming long term support developed by Perkoa.

These are just my "feelings" on this subject.

I understand that Mumbwa MAY give AIM's sp some momentum coming into an equity raising for Perkoa but you have to ask yourself honestly should Perkoa really need such momentum to raise the equity.Imho with the strenghth of the Perkoa project as it stands I dont think so.

I suppose what will be will be and I cant control that,just express my humble opinion.
