hi epitanman - just thought i'd run this one by you - you seem sane enough (even with all that hot sun melting ya brains up there in qld - lol) -you are right that nsw certainly has more talent at their disposal, but i think the origin game could be a little, how should i put it, organised to a degree - with nsw looking for a 4th straight series win, qld needed something - and they got it via nsw selections - who in their right mind for eg. would put 2 out of form players from an out of form team in these big games (finch & anasta) - think about it, if nsw had a superior half back during the first game (ie. johns) with their forward domination, do you think it would have been 14 blot at half time or 40 blot - add to that the ammount of players out of position - gasnier at 5/8 in the decider - leave me out - they had hornby on the bench and he's played plenty at 5/8 for club - having said that, can't take anything away from those bloody canetoads - but hey, they have to make sure origin stays alive - true or not?
