But is VHY the pick of the ETF's at the moment? Do you guys work on any principal like a price it needs to be before you think of purchasing? Are there any other of the above listed ETF's that are deserving of a buy at particular prices?

The thing with VHY and similar priced stuff, is that I have to think in advance before buying it. Small parcels are a waste of time due to brokerage so I build up some cash and say to myself "OK, when it reaches $x I'll buy" .
