The disclosure of inside information is regulated by the Disclosure and Transparency Rules of the LSE (see DTR2 https://www.handbook.fca.org.uk/handbook/DTR/2/2.html )
The following flowchart published by the LSE IMO clearly indicates that logging information gained from LWD tools will be announced to the market when CNE releases information that SNE-1 has TD'd.
