I cannot believe the amount of whining and false accusations thrown around here. Put simply they have raised money to finalize an acq. The vendor probably wanted more cash so the BOD did a placement. Deal must be close to signed if that is case. We sit and wait to see how good deal is.
Price could do a run to 3-4c on good anns or could do a one day pump and end up back at .007c.
You want certainty in this market, try BHP, SGH etc. Whatever, have an exit strategy
