Have you had any capital returns to date?
I see that the "interest swap agreement" took effect in Dec 2008 and that the fund started in May 2006.
Is there any information in the PDS or elsewhere re the interest swap agreement to "mitigate potential adverse interest rate risk"?
$7,318,298 interest bearing loan (from $10,692,146 in June 2014)
$992,881 finance costs for year ending 2015.
