It's not an article it is fish and chips wrapping paper by a pathetic journalist. SGH has nothing at all to worry about a Class action and any firm that took on such a case would embarrass themselves. They are not responsible for the SP dropping. Where is the guidance downgrades?...And it is not a crime to downgrade earnings.........But in SGH case they have reaffaired VERY positive guidance on 3 occassions in 2.5 weeks.
I think the press have decided to give SGH the Tony Abbott treatment. "We just hate you because we hate you"
