No idea if this is relevant to OEL, but BYE went into TH this morning pending a farmout announcement.
Latest broker report dated 30-11-2015 gives an overview
Looks like they need USD12-15M to fund two wells in shallow GOM waters.
Take that amount off OEL's cash balance and you get ~2cps cash remaining which might explain the selldown to that level ??
Then again it could be nothing to do with OEL
