    Its obvious when the wheels started to fall off Woolworths.

    All to do with Management and the changing to the latest CEO.

    I don't work at woolworths but know employees in my area. (socially)

    That (Email) cutting wages down and adding pressure to existing Staff is a common theme here too, for the last couple of years. imo

    Woolworth's Management and Salary/Bonus system seems out of whack to me.

    Pigs in the trough stuff. imo No respect for the lower staff! They always cop the rough end of the pineapple and its passed on to Customers through negativity. imo

    From my knowledge, the local store here don't get 1 cent for their Christmas Party and their staff is 100 plus. imo They have a social club and raise their own funds. No complaints from them they still enjoy themselves.

    I don't know what you mean about the deduction of 30mins after 6 hours but that is something you have to take up with your union or management if it is wrong.!


    All Woolworths need is new Management at the top who will address and remove the rot that's set in atm and then firstly, Staff will be happier and more productive, with the flow on benefiting and attracting customers (as talked about with coles on here) and then secondly, the Shareholders benefit from that. imo

    BWS is or was running smoothly because of GOOD Management, last time I got any feedback from staff. imo

    The ability of the incoming CEO to address the problems rotting woolworths atm is paramount. The quicker they find that someone, the better for everyone.

    Heres hoping they get the right bloke and any good impact is quick and sustaining.
