Thanks for your imput.
Your views that no deal under a dollar would be accepted has crossed my mind too, but my thoughts take in the consideration that Phil Crabb has perhaps some 18 million shares in THX, he is perhaps about 64 years of age and also active in the other companies.
If a deals comes available it would most probably be a swap of shares and as such the value would appreciate.
So in my mind an offer around the 50 - 60 cent mark probably would be attractive.
My thoughts only, hey I would like to walk with say $9m and still have two top companies to play with.
