A neat sidestep there. You speak as if Abbott has zero redeeming features, was a total failure, did nothing right, but refuse to rate labor against him.
Everything is relative, you can't rubbish one government without comparing it to the one that created the environment in which it had to operate.
FWIW Abbott is looking better every day, compared to what was before and what came after, and that is the only comparison I care to make. Looking around I don't see a natural leader in either party.
